I have a confession to make about zucchinis that large. Last summer, we were living with *B*'s parents. A neighbor had thrown a zucchini that large into their compost bin right at the fence line. That zucchini "rolled over the property line" and I made it for dinner. It was delicious, though a tad woody. Maybe I'll give him some of our compost to make up for that which I took.
