I came across this link this spring. I think it is so interesting. It is a map that pinpoints unusual health concern trends across the globe. Currently it claims the biggest unexpected health concern in my area is Ecoli. Obsessed as I am I actually check areas before I travel there to see what I can stress about while on vacation. Safe Water Bottles

New studies show that water bottle in your emergency kits may not be safe to drink from.

You may want to check out this news story published on Yahoo News this morning to determine if the bottle you are using is safe.

Now with both plastic and aluminum made bottles raising questions, your safest bet is a stainless steel bottle. Even sippy cups come in stainless steel and are relatively inexpensive. Swine Flu Updates

I read an article this week that the CDC was estimating 90,000 deaths this flu season in the US due to swine flu. A number to warrant some concern as this is double the normal about of individuals who die from flu each year. However when I went to find the story to post, it had been removed. All I could find was this.
Their numbers apparently had people in a panic- as people (*like myself) tend to do- so they are back treading on their number. Either way- I would still recommend the FLU STOCK UP ASAP.
